Flash Card 1

Dracaena- Fluoride Toxicity: On 'Massangeana' the first is a mottled loss of pigmentation within the green area, most easily observed from underside of leaves. With time, these areas become chlorotic and then necrotic, often progressing to the point that the leaf margin is damaged. Elongated tan to dark brown areas form first in the white tissue of 'Warneckii', then progress to marginal necrosis.

Flash Card 2

Cacti & Succulents- Cold Damage: Stems of this jade plant (Crassula) soften, turn brown and collapse after exposure to 40F or less. Sometimes the plant will die. Sunburn: Leaves rapidly develop tan to white, bleached patches. The spots can appear overnight and are usually sunken.
